These Standard Terms apply to:

1. Service Description:

Our advisors will endeavour to resolve your problem as quickly as possible, should it not be possible to do this, then an alternative support package may be recommended.

2. Where we provide the service:

We will provide the service to the UK address you give us, unless the service terms say otherwise. Our service is available Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 22:00hrs.

3. Our responsibility to you:

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the service we provide will never be faulty, but we will do what we reasonably can, to ensure you that we provide a reliable and acceptable service. Please note that we do not profess to be legal experts in any particular field. We have no responsibility to pay you compensation for financial loss which may result from any information or advice that is given, as all our information is gathered from other sources, which at the time of updating was presumed correct, with no changes foreseeable.

4. Interruption of Service:

From time to time, for technical reasons, there may be an interruption in service. This is usually a temporary problem and will be rectified as soon as possible. We also from time to time, make minor changes to certain technical specifications.

5. Matters beyond our reasonable control:

From time to time, we may feel it necessary to contact you regarding specific promotions etc, this will take the form of text messaging, emails or phone calls. If it has not been possible for our advisors to assist you within a reasonable period on initial contact with us, we may advise an alternative service for you.

9. Call Monitoring:

Calls may be recorded for training purposes.

10. Refunds:

We will only offer a refund should it be found that an operator was negligent within their professional capacity. Calls may be monitored and recorded for this purpose and for training purposes. It will be at our discretion as to whether any caller will be entitled to a refund under these terms. This service is provided without any warranty or guarantee as to its accuracy, and usage of this service or website is at your own risk. 13. Cost of Service:

In order to use our service, you must be advised that the call will be charged at a premium rate of £1.50 a minute from a BT line. Calls from other lines and mobile phones may be more. (Please contact your telephone provider for their charges).

14. Who we will / won't provide to:

We cannot provide service to any person under the age of 18 and all callers must have the bill payers' permission.

15. Advice given:

a) All advice given is by trained operators who have extensive knowledge of our information pages that were built and designed by our company, by sourcing information from numerous areas. Some information we may give may be freely available within the public domain.

b) The service user should not act upon advice which needs individual interpretation without first consulting a suitably qualified practitioner.

c) We cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused through any advice we may give. All information given is to the best of our knowledge.
